What is Deaf Equality and Diversity?
Everyone can expect to participate in work or social situations, without any prejudice or discrimination. Equality means ensuring that groups or individuals are treated fairly and equally, regardless of their; Age, Race, Gender, Disability, Religion or Belief. Everyone is important, whether they are Deaf, or Hearing. Diversity aims to respect individuals, by identifying their potential and achieving this by promoting their culture in the workplace or social situations.
